Incorrect Watch

I received the incorrect watch 2 weeks ago after waiting over a month. Support has been slow to reply so this is still not resolved.

Very nice.

I love the watch. The service was not so good. So say you fulfilled the order 45 days ago, but I only just got it. It was worth the wait, but would rather have had an apology instead of you constantly telling me it was already delivered.

The watch has not arrived, I have already asked for a refund.
