Prompt service great looking watch

The watch seems carefully constructed and designed. The severely incongruous note is that a watch with a SS ( silver) case, black face and white numerals would have gold (!!) hands rather than silver. Makes it look cheap.
On a more fine grained observation- the sweep hand coincides with the minute marks on the face only between 55 & 15 min. It appears the silk screen of the murals is slightly distorted.

Only issue I have, and I don’t know that I can blame the company but I did not get the color watch band I was expecting. Replacement bands are not cheap on the website mind you. No big deal. Otherwise it’s a great watch and overall good value.

I was a little bit unlucky, when buying the first piece of Löwenhertz Black watch. The watch had some issues, and didn’t run properly. However, the customer service of Tapferkeit personnel was very professional and friendly, and the watch was changed to a new one, which I’m very happy to own and use. The watch is simple and beautiful, excellent for a daily use. The strap could be longer, or a XL version of the strap available.
