This is not an acceptable service standard.
ALSO, I ordered and paid for 2 similar straps (1 x Blue + 1 x Black), in the summer of 2024 to be spares for 3 of your watches already bought and received.
These 2 straps have NEVER arrived, and there has been no response to my requests for progress.
The quality of good is great but your service certainly is not. Such a pity for us all.

Difficult to review as requested as nothing was ever delivered.
Like lots of your customers I am out of pocket with nothing to show.
No Stars would be a better rating.

I ordered 2 watch straps which didn’t arrive on time. The tracking number/app was less than useless. I emailed Tapferkeit twice for some assistance and to this day have never had a reply. The watches and straps are lovely however, and great value.

To be honest, absolute rubbish!! I placed two orders for this blue strap and haven't received either of them. Won't be ordering anything from you again!!?
