Did not receive my watches

Like many others, I have not received the two watches I ordered a month and a half ago. I sent them a message using their customer support page on this website as well as an email directly to [****]. It's sad because back in 2022 I ordered a watch from them, got it in a week and have loved it. I'm not sure what's going on with this company but its unfortunate because I really like their stuff.
